February 3, 2025: It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Wickens on January 31, following a brief battle with cancer. Paul will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. For more details, please refer to his obituary here.

Paul Wickens has served as lead trial counsel in numerous cases involving product liability claims, antitrust, business or commercial, personal injury, and a variety of first- and third-party insurance coverage and bad faith suits. His trial experience includes litigation at both state and federal levels throughout the Midwest, having been the lead trial counsel in approximately 100 jury trials. Recently, Paul’s practice emphasis has been the defense of catastrophic injury cases, as well as acting as regional and national products liability and litigation counsel for a number of companies in the United States and internationally. Paul has been a frequent speaker at regional and national litigation seminars.
