Bob Christie is a trial lawyer with deep experience defending professionals, companies, governmental entities, law enforcement officers, and individuals in high exposure cases in State and Federal Court. Bob’s appellate law experience, spanning four decades, has resulted in scores of published opinions throughout Washington State, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and on briefs to the United States Supreme Court.  He is a recognized leader and teacher in technology and the art of visual persuasion.

  • Obtained a defense verdict in medical malpractice suit against two Emergency Physicians.
  • Obtained a summary judgment dismissal of wrongful death action arising from an alleged police pursuit.
  • Obtained a defense verdict in federal court against aircraft maintenance facility for alleged negligent performance of key inspection.
  • Obtained a defense judgment in bench trial alleging attorney malpractice arising from alleged patent infringement.
  • Obtained favorable ruling for client in recent bench trial alleging breach of lease arising from business shutdown during COVID.
  • Provided key expert testimony in covenant judgment “reasonableness hearing” resulting in multi-million dollar reduction in exposure to insurers.
