Scott Kreamer Honored as a 2025 Top Managing Partner by Missouri Lawyers Media
Scott Kreamer, managing member of Baker Sterchi and based in the firm’s Kansas City office, has been named to Missouri Lawyers Media’s 2025 Top Managing Partners list. He has been recognized each year since the publication’s inaugural list in 2023 and was previously recognized as a Law Firm Leader by Missouri Lawyers Media in 2019. The recognition honors managing partners who drive revenue growth, nurture and retain talent, maintain active community engagement and guide their firms to significant milestones.
Kreamer, who has served as managing member since 2015 and spent his entire legal career with the firm, led Baker Sterchi through mergers in St. Louis in 2018, Kansas City in 2022, Seattle in 2024, and the opening of a new office in Portland in 2025. He also serves as president of Lawyers for Civil Justice, a coalition of defense bar organizations, law firms and corporations advocating for civil justice system reform. Kreamer is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a former chairman and president of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
His practice focuses on commercial, construction, financial services, insurance and product liability matters. He earned his law degree from the University of Kansas and is licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.
