• Successfully represented and litigated on behalf of secured creditors, unsecured creditors, equipment finance and rental companies, national car lenders and banks in bankruptcy courts across the country defending preference actions, defending claim objections, object to plan confirmations, defending trustee and debtor lien avoidance actions and prosecuted advisory proceedings on behalf of creditors for debtor fraud and bad faith.
• Extensive experience in state court representing similar clients in replevin actions to recover business equipment, trucks and vehicles. Litigated and advised clients on title and lien issues for both real and personal property by filing and defending quiet title actions.
• Advocated for lenders and commercial landlords across the county by filing suits on note, personal guaranty actions, rent and possession actions and all matters related to collection such as repossession, garnishment, foreclosure, UCC sales, debtor exams in state court and 2004 exams in bankruptcy.
• Successfully negotiated on behalf of lenders and finance companies with repair shops, tow companies, parking companies, commercial landlords, and municipalities across the country for recovery of trucks, cars, trailers and business equipment across the country.
