Baker Sterchi attorney Tom Kammerer recently participated in the International Association of Defense Counsel’s (IADC) 50th Annual Trial Academy, held at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
The IADC Trial Academy is a preeminent defense trial advocacy training program. Over seven days, participants engage in intensive programming that combines small group faculty instruction with hands-on student participation. Kammerer is now among the more than 4,300 attorneys who have completed the IADC Trial Academy since its inception in 1973.
Kammerer’s practice focuses on first- and third-party insurance defense, premises liability, property damage, personal injury, transportation and subrogation matters. He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from Truman State University. Kammerer is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
Founded in 1920, the IADC serves a distinguished membership of corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives. The association’s activities support its approximately 2,500 invitation-only, peer-reviewed members and contribute to the civil justice system and the legal profession.
