Tom Kammerer Presents Subrogation Techniques at NAMIC Webinar
Baker Sterchi attorney Tom Kammerer presented a claims webinar for the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) on October 17th. The webinar, titled "Overcoming Subrogation Roadblocks: Putting You on the Right Path to Recovery with Creative Claim Solutions," explored proactive subrogation techniques and strategies to overcome common obstacles in subrogation claims.
Kammerer focuses his practice in the areas of first- and third-party insurance defense, premises liability, property damage, personal injury, transportation and subrogation matters. He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from Truman State University. Kammerer is licensed to practice in Missouri.
