Located in the Kansas City office, Victoria Scott is Baker Sterchi’s Director of Human Resources. She leads the firm’s human resources strategy, including employee relations, compliance, talent development and policy development.

Victoria has more than 16 years of experience in law firm administration and human resources, with a background in employment law compliance, multistate HR practices, payroll, benefits administration, performance management and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leadership teams to foster compliant, people-focused workplaces, manage organizational risk and support business objectives.

Her experience includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing complex employee relations matters and leading compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Victoria focuses on fostering positive workplace cultures built on trust, accountability and collaboration by building strong relationships, developing high-performing teams and creating practical HR solutions that support employees and advance organizational goals.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her animals and making the most of time outdoors.
