Zachary Faires

Zachary Faires is a Member of the firm, representing individuals and corporations and concentrating his practice in the areas of transportation, premises liability, product liability, and insurance defense. A considerable portion of Zack’s work is devoted to providing rapid response assistance for hospitality, retail, food and beverage, and transportation clients.

With significant litigation defense experience, Zack has prepared numerous cases for trial in Missouri and Illinois state and federal courts. He has also written and argued dispositive motions in various Missouri trial courts and has been called upon by clients to speak on premises liability and transportation matters.

Zack recently obtained an arbitration award and judgment in favor of his retail client in a premises liability case filed in Madison County, Illinois.
